The lobby area was absolutely stunning. The room we had was kind of a step down quality wise. The furniture in the room looked raggedy, paint chipped off. That kind of annoyed me because I'm iffy about stuff like that. The second day we stayed there the housekeeper didn't clean our room. She skipped us even though she saw us leave and hadn't gotten to our room. We had quite a bit of trash and when we came back to the room it smelled. Besides that and the slow internet, it was a fine stay. I'll keep Ecco Suites in mind the next time my family and I are traveling.

my wife went to kindergarten in this Inn/residence. During that time this was the "Mansion" that dominated this section of town. She had a picture of her class on the back steps. while some renovation had narrowed the wide back steps we were able to recreate the photo with a present day photo. The breakfast was unique and much looked forward to each day of our stay. A great place to stay, relax, and enjoy life outside of the fast pace. Very enjoyable. weather was cold when we were there but this place would be great on mild or even warm days.

Facing Augusta from across the Savannah River, North Augusta was established over 300 years ago. Today the town retains old world charm with quiet downtown streets accented by brick buildings and copper steeples. Visitors can enjoy the mild climate while strolling through shops or sample traditional southern fare in local restaurants. Golfing, hiking, and fishing are also popular activities.
