Amazing views, nice pool and pool bar, perfect location right on the boardwalk! Hotel staff was nice, but you had to request room cleaning.

I loved the different pools, including one for the adults only because children were everywhere including mines. I didnt like how small the balconies were, but i had a nice size compared to the floors below me. Toilet and kitchen appliances needs upgrading. But family enjoyed our stay overall.

Pros: Room was clean on arrival Nice size and layout Great beach access Good comfortable bed/mattress Cons: Housekeeping came midweek, didn’t clean anything, took the towels, washcloths and bath mat without leaving any replacements. When we called about replacements they came and handed us a bag with towels and washcloths acting like it was an inconvenience for him. The swimming pools were very nice but the water was murky and had a lot of floating bugs. Loud air conditioner right by the bed turning on and off all night. Website said room darkening curtains but they were not Someone from housekeeping came in the room unannounced with a do not disturb sign on the door as my wife was in the bathroom. When confronted he said he was there to drop something off and walked away without any explanation and had nothing to drop off. When the Front Desk was told about the incident they said security would be notified and would get back to us which never happened.

The staff were wonderful, the location was great, but the property needs some serious work done. The AC in our room worked great, but dripped condensation into the carpet and our room smelled like mildew. The bathtub is large but would not drain properly so it filled as you showered. Everything is outdated and worn out, sofas, chairs, tables, beds, etc. so long story short, it needs a complete renovation.

Been here four times. Always a good experience. I get a single bed ocean front with kitchen and balcony. Pool is small and can get busy and there are families. The beach is steps away and is huge. Always great views, quiet and safe are of VB. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Towels had blood stains. One of two pools was closed due to contamination. A small fire in one of the rooms led to evacuation. Outlets were non functioning. Bathtub had to be fixed, it became separated from original tub (was an adapted bathtub.)

The location of the hotel is amazing. They were an hour late letting us check-in due to volume of turnover at that time as well as an unknown issue with the room that needed to be fixed. We had to put on our own shower curtain, but the staff was super friendly. Hotel was generally clean and provided a great ocean front experience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had an ocean view room. The hotel was right on the beach. Beautiful scenery! I definitely want to visit again. My only complaint is the room service. They would not clean our room and we had to ask more than 3 times our second day for towels. When we returned to our room the towels were in a clear trash bag outside our door on the floor. Besides that I really enjoyed it
