Great place to stay. Enjoyable atmosphere, amenities and location. Live music outside between the neighboring building. Room was missing several necessities but items were provided promptly. Biggest con was the queen size bed was sinking towards the middle which made it fairly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep through the night.

Hotel was great. Service sucked. Asked for towels 3 times and never received them. Kid threw up in the pool, so the pool was closed. Tiki bar mixed up credit cards and then lost ours. We will never go back.

The property is nice, no maid service unless requested which I did not like. The area around the hotel is fine, very touristy. No beach chairs or towels unless you pay so bring your own.

4 Day Vacation

Great hotel. Very nice and clean. Amenities were excellent. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor. Tiki Bar and restaurant. We had a studio with ocean view. It was more of a view of the hotel next door and the ocean out back of us. It had a little balcony, nice microwave, big screen tv, small fridge and an actual kitchenette sink. Dishes were also provided but we didn't use them. Anytime I asked for more towels, staff had them to the room right away. All around good stay and would recommend it to others!

Small rooms, poorly equipped rooms, front desk unfriendly, restaurants sub par, small balconies, tv outdated, bed small, all furnishings low quality, overall understaffed, Coffee maker missing parts, inadequate number of towels, not enough trash receptacles inadequate, AC unit antiquated, and all of this was at a rate far more expensive than comparable properties. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

The pool is very nice and having the bar right there is very convenient. Having bikes available was great. The vendor insists on giving your driver's license. we would not do that.

Broken lock stains on the sheet Waited 1 hour for my car vallet and getting charged 25 plus tax a day, staff not helpful Rooms very outdated

The property was very clean, including the room. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. If I have any complaints, it is that there is no balcony off the living area (only the bedroom), and you could not see to the right of our balcony due to a wall of the hotel blocking the view.

Terrible room service I complained about our mattes and no results until 24 hours and not really results they give us cuilds we gild feel the metal when we lay dawn. Lost my glasses and I still waiting for answers.

We enjoyed being on the Boardwalk. However, the property needs various upgrades including clean carpets and appliances. Disappointed in the condition of this Hilton property!
