"Fun hotel in an exciting part of Tokyo"
This hotel is easy to find, clean, modern, and the staff are very friendly. They speak English well and are helpful. It is located very close to Shinjuku station, which is a very busy area, but it is also really fun. Even though the night life is busy, the hotel rooms are quiet.

"Great reasonably priced hotel in decent location"
I stayed 2 weeks in a single room, which was of a standard Japanese hotel size. Bed very comfortable, good pillows. Room layout excellent compared to most with room to stow luggage at the foot of the bed and extra storage under the bed. Staff at the front desk had a good standard of English and were friendly but unobtrusive throughout my stay. Free coffee in the lobby was a bonus, and I enjoyed the benefit of a washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle and fridge in room. There were supermarkets and convenience stores close by, as well as pharmacies and a smashing Okinawan restaurant. Location was great for me - I used the Oedo line a lot including to get to and from Haneda conveniently, but it was only a 15 minute walk to the main Shinjuku station for easy access to most other train lines. It may be less of a good location for people who don't know the West side of Tokyo at all, or who don't like to walk, but if you do it's great. I didn't find the weekly cleaning an inconvenience, though I did take care to return PET bottles to the convenience stores so that my bin was not overfull. I had a great view of the Tochou and park from the 10th floor, and even with the window open I did not find the road noise too loud at night. TV, air purifier and trouser press all worked fine, even if I barely used any of them. Lots of electric sockets in room and several mirrors. Rooms were well soundproofed and the hotel generally pleasantly quiet. I'd happily stay again.

"Good quiet hotel, area in red light district"
Overall the hotel was good, the staff was fine (although some directions were difficult to understand but this seems to be the way in Japan) and accommodations were fine although the room was indeed small (this will impact you more if you come straight from the US). It's in the red light district but if you stick around the immediate area and go to the train stations, you won't get harassed. Go outside of that (areas around Robot restaurant) and you will get harassed. Overall, I will consider future APA hotels when I book.

"Nice hotel close to Metro"
The staffs were friendly, the room was bigger than the prior hotel that we stayed in Shinjuku. We were allowed to leave our luggage prior to our 6 hours departure which make it very convenient for us to do our last minutes sightseeing without the hustle of lugging our luggage with us.

"Nice hotel"
1. Location - ok, about 10mins walk from Shinjuku JR Station. Opposite to Washington Hotel, where you can take bus from/to Narita or Haneda Airport. 2. Condition - Average, the hotel is quite decent but clean 3. Facilities - I assume it is ok.

"Great for a quick stop in Yokohama"
I was stopping in at Yokohama to see a friend. I chose this hotel because it was located very close to the station -- only a few minutes walk, and if you pick the right room, you get a great view of the giant Ferris wheel that lights up at night!

Nishi is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Nishi, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Nishi hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
