Great room, gorgeous common facilities. Delicious breakfast, and even coffee/homemade muffins delivered to your room before breakfast!
The only downside is possibly no a/c? We didn't see it, but luckily a cooler night so not needed for us.

"Convenient location with friendly, helpful staff!"
We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Niagara on the Lake recently for three nights. This hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, and a short drive to the Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The staff were very helpful and everyone we met there was friendly. Our remote needed new batteries and someone quickly took care of that and waited to make sure it was working properly. They recommended nice restaurants and gave us some useful coupons.

Close to the waterfront, had a nice view from our room. Bathroom was a little outdated, standing shower was very small and leaked water all over the floors. Service was great. There was a 4 block walk to downtown but in cold weather we used the free shuttle a few times. Restaurant was a bit pricey even for off season so we went elsewhere.

From apples to ginseng, farms at Niagara-on-the-Lake grow a bevy of enticing staples, including wine grapes. The town is home to half of the region’s 50 wineries. The area is also steeped in history: the site of Fort George marks the battlegrounds between American and British soldiers during the War of 1812. Today, the Niagara-on-the-Lake is better known for placid sailing on Lake Ontario.
