The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious breakfasts. Overall, the restaurant was nice esthetically except the chairs echoed excessively when dragged across the floor and was a little disruptive. The hotel itself is very nice with a pleasant and relaxing environment with very friendly staff. The whole building was very clean. The overall decor and color scheme was pleasant. Our room was quite nice except the beds were too hard. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from multiple restaurants and entertainment, and a 20 minute walk from public transportation. Considering the location, I found the hotel to be reasonably priced. Despite the need for softer beds and quieter chairs in the restaurant, our overall stay was quite nice.

This property was conveniently located near Clifton Hill and in walking distance to most of the Niagara Falls attractions or WEGO bus stops. The off-site parking was also very close and easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only complaint would be that the adjustable shower head kept falling. Other than that our stay here was great!

Precheck in email offered prepayment for parking, but the front desk had me submit payment again. It was off-site parking about 2 blocks away. Still convenient but a hassle to load and unload the car with only 20 min parking in the front of the hotel to load and unload. Everything in Niagara Falls within walking distance. Perfect location to see and do everything Niagara Falls has to offer.

Clean room; staff was super welcoming and kind ; family-friendly hotel as the strip is only just a few minutes of a walk. My only concern was the washroom of the hotel room I stayed at: it was not entirely private or closed off from the room and was a little small.

Comfortable hotel close to Clifton Hill

Comfortable hotel close to the somewhat touristy area of Clifton Hill. About 10 minute walk to Skylon and 15 to the Falls. Would be great for families given what the area offers for entertainment for kids in Clifton Hill. Maybe less suited to the solo traveller who wants a more quiet stay. Good breakfast, small gym and spacious, clean rooms.
