"Great location near m4 also near many attractions "
Just taken over from Hilton staff were great. Sadly breakfast was not hot but when I pointed this out was offered another hot one, didn't have time but staff really tried to put it right. Have been to this hotel many times when it was the Hilton. Will go again as long as the improvements don't put the cost up! However all the rooms are a great size. Would recommend this hotel.

Our one night stay at this beautiful hotel started with a warm welcome by the lovely lady at reception, who gave us the history of the inn and its renovations. She also noted that we might like wine glasses and ice and so kindly got these items for us. Our room was beautifully finished and designed with high end fixtures in the bathroom. A popular restaurant/bar was located across the road.

After we joined the Bristol Balloon Fiesta, we planed to get to Wales, ao we booked the hotel in Newport.
When we arrived at the hotel, it seemed close to 2 am. and it was raining. However, the manager was so nice and friendly to organize our rooms and checked in. The next day, he did dinner for us, which is also good!
If my friedns or myself will go to Newport next time, i will recommende this very econimic hotel to them and myself!
