Very friendly staff and professional. Vey helpful as well. The scrambled eggs were not very cooked (or seemed like they weren’t) but the egg and cheese omelet was nice. Would be good if there were a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels/toiletry bags. Also, would be good to have an option to not have the bed/towels changed everyday. It was lovely service, but the option to opt out some days would be good for the environment and your laundry workload. All in all, lovely stay and would definitely stay there again. Thank you :)

I was very happy with my stay and would stay again. The reason for my rating was the garment hanger on both luggage rollers was broken so my dry cleaned clothes kept falling off and the arms on the leather chair in my room had cracked leather. The room was not ultra modern but that was fine because it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice, great experience.

The check in system was down when I arrived, and it took quite a long time to get checked in. After I got my key, I opened a room door only to find another guest in the room in the shower. I quickly closed the door and went back to the front desk for a new key. However, when I got to the room, I was distressed to find that the door didn't have a safety latch on the inside, so anyone could walk in on me the same as I had on the previous guest. It made me deeply uncomfortable to stay there. I was also sent to a local restaurant that was closed for renovations as the recommended place to get dinner and a drink. Not individually worth mentioning, but it didn't improve my experience.
