"A decent stay as expected at this price level"
It's a decent stay as expected at this price level. The location is not very convenient, pretty much nothing in walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle bus runs on time, and the cost of HK$10 both ways is reasonable. It works out well most of time except when a large group is checking out. The room is adequate with most of what I need. It's clean and reasonably comfortable. The staffs are friendly. Happy to go back if price is reasonable enough to offset added transportation cost of getting around.

"Chic hotel with a great price."
When we checked in, they gave us a smallest room( There is a chart on the back of the door). We didn't know its the smallest until later when we ask for a change of room due to loud movie noise after midnight. The staff moved us to a much bigger and quieter room (Which they should have done in the first place). We are glad that we asked, otherwise we would have been stuck in the tiny/noisy room. Besides the first bumpy check in, the room is very nice and clean, the decor is really chic and smells clean, the pool is pretty nice too, plus they lend us a smart phone with free calls and internet surfing, which is great for visitors of HK, also, they have shuttle bus to go to the Metro Station. The airport bus also goes to the hotel (cost is about $30 HKD round trip), so i think the location is great. Its located in the quiet street, which is great. the Tsuan Wan metro has tons of shopping and great eats and its only 5 Min shuttle ride (Free service).

"Relaxing alternative to City hustle & bustle"
We emailed ahead to ask for a slightly earlier checkin subject to availability, as we were arriving at noon for a 2pm. Check in. Nightmare start to a generally relaxing first week stay in Hongkong (for family, tourist and business trip) when our rooms were not ready until early evening and no seating in the lobby area or anything appropriate to do locally. Staff did attempt to rectify the problem by switching rooms but unfortunately one had an odour issue that again required another switch to a (complimentary upgraded) room. Quiet Location and excellent facilities were great for relaxation and convenience to the excellent MTR (3mins walk). Brilliant new idea in most top class hotels in H.K. now was the free use of a mobile phone with 4G during the stay. Google maps, tourist tips etc all very handy. Could even tether it for teenagers to use their own phones. Our second week was at The Royal Plaza, Mongkok for a contrasting experience (see other review).

"Cheap but small room."
Good if you are looking for a bargain in a well located hotel (not far away from public transport). Perfect for people who just need a room to sleep at night and out in the day time. Room is small, not recommended for guest with large body shape. Room with frosted windows has no street view but window can be opened.

New Territories is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in New Territories, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your New Territories hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
