This was a great place to stay directly in the middle of New Milford and walking distance to downtown shopping and dining. Very quiet and clean place. The bed and pillow was a little too firm for my liking, but overall the rooms were very nice and recently remodeled with a clean modern look. I was a little disappointed to learn that the continental breakfast was not included with the rooms that were disconnected from the main house. The staff was friendly and prompt. Once guest did experience issues with their air condition unit and the staff worked to resolve it. I would definitely stay here again. Much better experience than staying at a chain hotel.

Went here for a "sister's weekend". I live in MA and my other sisters are from NY and PA. Thought this might be a nice area for all of us to meet. Great location for where we wanted to go. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the shower head was awful. It was either a hard narrow stream or a fine mist neither of which were comfortable showering under. A second complaint was the breakfast. Though we were at breakfast at 8 pm which should have been prime time, the buffet of hot items was empty so we had some cereal and muffins. We were looking for a hot breakfast. On our second day, we opted for the nearby dinner because of this experience. Other than that, it was a decent stay. We plan to return to the area and whether or not we will stay here again is yet to be determined.
