Stayed for 2 nights with a friend for a relaxing break and found the hotel to be lovely. The staff were friendly and personal and the room facilities were good, with plenty of space and some extra touches like a Nespresso machine as well as kettle, or an ice bucket for our bottle of fizz!
The rooms were away from the main building with the doors opening onto a courtyard so we did have to dodge the rain whenever we went out the door, but it wasn't far and the paths were well maintained. Main disappointment were the leisure facilities, which were ok but nothing luxurious, only 3 chairs around the pool and various things not working.

Came in on motorbikes for a weekend break away and we were greeted nicely, sometimes some areas are either intimidated or dislike anyone in motorcycle gear but luckily when we arrived we were given smiles and helpful staff. They showed us to the room and we loved it! Was a little bit on the small side but it had a cozy homely feeling to it which we both loved! Although does not include air conditioning.
After a nights rideout we came back to relax and fall alseep I used their bath as I was unsure of how the shower head part worked and whilst trying to turn the hot water off the tap came off with the immediate reaction of "Oh sh*t" but despite that, it gave the room a bit of character!
My partner was wet from our rideout as it was torrential rain and we asked if there was anywhere to dry off her gear and the staff took the clothing and put it into the owners personal tumble dryer which was amazing of them! The beds were comfy, the rooms were cozy, the breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my stay! I recommend others to go you wont get 5 star with butlers on command as such but its brilliant for a week/weekend away to enjoy the lovely scenery of the New Forest!

From the moment we arrived we were treated as special. The staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was amazing, fresh flowers an extra touch along with turn down service, next day's weather and morning tea or coffee. Cannot recommend highly enough

Generally nice hotel with good customer service. Menu is limited and what choices there are were not all available. Had run in with a member of staff that was shouting during breakfast. When asked if she could be a little quieter got a very bad response. Would think twice about returning.

"Great B&B very near to the town and places to eat "
We were warmly greeted by Joyce who showed us our room and explained about the local area. The room and hotel were exceptionally clean and the bed was superb. The breakfast, cooked to order by Joyce was filling and delicious. Joyce allowed us to leave our car in the car park while we went off for a walk.

The New Forest covers 144 square miles of unspoiled heath and woodland where ponies, donkeys, deer and cattle still roam freely. It is best explored by bike or on foot. Beaulieu is home to the National Motor Museum and a stately home of monastic origins. Picture-postcard villages include Burley, Brockenhurst and maritime Buckler's Hard. The area's attractive little 'capital' Lyndhurst is home to the New Forest Museum and Visitor Centre.
