All staff members were very friendly and didn't mind helping us on how to use the public transportation system. They also recommended food places in the area. We came into the hotel 5 hours before check in time and they allowed us to store our luggage while we go out for the day and check in whenever we get back. I booked the junior suite which I was really impressed with. Everything about the place was really clean: bathroom, kitchen area, sleeping area. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt clean also. I've experience a lot of hotels where the sheets felt unclean and uncomfortable. I like how this hotel is away from city center because you really get to experience the German vibe and culture instead of being somewhere heavily populated with tourists. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel!

Nice hotel just a few stops from the centre of town by U-bahn. Nymphenburg Palace is about a 30min walk with a nice route via the canal. Good base for exploring Munich without the costs of a city centre hotel.

Arrived early(11:30am) but checked in no problem. Room was nice and spacious. Staff was great throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good every day, hot and cold choices. They also had coffee and desert every day from noon until 6pm. Room made up nicely every day.
Hotel is close to two U stations on the U1 line and close to the S Bahn trains. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Really enjoyed our stay. Munich has so much to see as well as it situated nicely for day trips to Salzburg Austria, Garmisch-Partenkirchen ( take the cable car to the top of Zugspitze, the views are incredible) and Fussen (for Neuschwanstein Castle).

The former summer residence of Bavarian royalty, the baroque Palace Nymphenburg is set in a 200-acre park with other stately buildings including the Pagodenburg and Badenburg pavilions, the Magdalenenklause, and the Amalienburg hunting lodge. To the north are Munich’s Botanical Gardens while to the east is the Hirschgarten. Neuhausen is also a smart residential area.
