Very helpful! We wanted to head to Lower Broadway, they were full of great info. Had a shuttle that took us there and back for a small fee. Breakfast was great too.

This was a dingy hotel. The staff was unknowledgeable and surrounding hotels were far superior. However, it should be noted that you are staying off of a highway exit, without any real charm or character.

This is the third trip we have stayed. The hotel is so convenient. The staff is friendly and everything is generally clean. This trip though our door didnt shut very well, we couldn't adjust the ac, and the curtains were broken. The room needed some TLC just want to make note of it. Overall the stay was fine. The hotel is quiet, clean, ans convenient which is what we need when we travel.

Quite location

The hotel was in the location. Had a problem in our room and the guy was there in 2 minutes to fix it. The lady was great that handled the breakfast area. But there were very FEW items to choose from. There is NO microwave to heat up anything so you had stale pastries. I would stay there again though.

The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent in the room. When I went to the reception desk the strength of connection improved by immediately dropped when leaving the area. It never worked properly or consistently while there. This was the single BIGGEST downside of the property. The TV is not a Smart TV, the remotes are archaic, the printed channel listing was not related to the online listing of channels. The bed mattress was very soft and clearly well worn past the date of good quality. the jacuzzi tube did not work at all. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were terrific, personable, and helpful with information about sites to visit. The location was excellent for access to the Opry House and show. The price for the room was excellent. The room was a large suite and given the shortcomings listed above, acceptable. I would however be willing to pay more for more upgraded amenities, a firm mattress, working WiFi in the room, and a SMART TV.
