"A simple clean one bed room hotel"
This simple hotel is sitting at the 3rd floor of a domestic apartment and the owner is responsive asking request so quick. Room is relatively small if two people is being accommodated but I must say everything provided inside the room are all in good order , all facilities are well maintained and everything you needed for stays are there with you,you name it.

Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka

1-17-11 Nanbanaka, Osaka - Map
"Lovely apartments in an ideal location"
Rooms were well equipped (washing machine, cooking facilities, room partitions, extensive TV channels, heated toilet seat!) and clearly well looked after. Staff were incredibly helpful, offering to store our luggage for a whole day after check out and spent time explaining all the hotel facilities to us. Continental breakfast on site was good and there is the option of going to the local tube station for the more tradition Japanese options (5 min walk away). There are 3 stations within a 10minute walk, one of which is Namba which has great links to the bullet trains and other major lines.

Osaka Namba Studio - Osaka Hotels
Rating: 2.5 Stars

Osaka Namba Studio

2-2-24 Saiwaicho, Naniwa-ku, Osaka - Map
"Basic apartment"
"Studio" is the name of the building, but it's actually a compact 1-bedroom apartment with separate living room. Bedroom has one double bed. Kids slept on a futon in the living room. Bathroom is tiny. If you're over 6 feet tall your head will touch the bathroom ceiling. The bed has a box spring but no mattress. The hot tub in the photo is not actually inside the apartment, but part of a community rooftop garden that we couldn't figure out how to access. The owner sent us 10-20 automated emails before we checked in, reminding us to read the house manual, etc, etc, etc. Location is convenient, 10-15 minutes' walk from Namba station and the Dotonbori shopping area.

Sauna & Capsule Spadio Hotel - Osaka Hotels
Rating: 1.5 Stars

Sauna & Capsule Spadio Hotel

2-1-1, Sakuragawa, Osaka - Map
"Capsule Hotel w/ a great public bath & restaurant"
If arriving from KIX airport, you'll have to take the limousine bus to JR Namba (OCAT) which is maybe an hour drive. From the OCAT mall, take the north exit and just walk all the way to your left until you see the big SPADIO capsule hotel sign. Pros: 1. A minute walk from a subway station (Sakuragawa) 2. 10-15 minute walk to dotonbori (which can save you a lot from transit fares) 3. Staff is nice 4. They will give you a free drinks ticket for each night you stay (stay 3 nights, you get a free drink for 3 nights) 5. Clean 6. Capsule floor has a sink station for you to wash face or brush teeth 7. Necessities provided (toothbrush, etc.) 8. Has massage services, laundry, games & tanning station 9. Good restaurant 10. Has a floor with manga books 11. Great variety of sauna and bath 12. Has an adult channel in the capsule TV Cons: 1. The hotel has no elevator, so you'll have to carry your luggage all the way to the 2nd floor to reach the front desk 2. For people staying consecutive nights, the locker is small, so you'll have to take out all of your essential & important belongings from your luggage to the locker or suffer the consequence of having to ask the front desk to take your luggage out, since the luggage isn't allowed at the locker room and you return it to the front desk for them to keep it 3. The capsule mattress is not too comfortable so you might wake up with a hurting back Conclusion: Take note of all the above notes and you will have an easier and less hassle stay

Naniwa is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Naniwa, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Naniwa hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
