fantastic staff! Very helpful and always ready to go the extra mile for us strange foreign tourists! We didn't speak Japanese, but the staff always managed to decipher our gibberish or found a staff member who was fluent in English. The location is gorgeous. The western buffet breakfast on the outdoor terrace overlooking the beach was our favorite. The Busena Terrace is a great place for a relaxing, pampered vacation. We did some sightseeing, but it was tough to break away from the beach and the amenities.

It offers the tranquility and peace. The beach and the breath of sea water really freshen up my day. I also enjoyed my dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant which offers high quality of food and service.

We traveled at short notice -- flights, accommodation, car were all booked 12 hours before travel. We didnt know what to expect, but the Expedia reviews helped us choose where to stay. We were happy with the choice. It was a very realxing, self-contained resort with great facilities and a variety of dining options. The rooms are large and well-designed. The golf course was very good.

The largest city on the main island's northern half, Nago (and neighboring Motobu) is the first area in Japan to have cherry blossoms each year. To celebrate, the yearly Cherry Blossom Festival is held in Nago Central Park, which is also home ancient Nago Castle's ruins. A trip to Nago's Pineapple Park offers insight into cultivating and refining the fruit, as well as plenty of food for tasting.
