We arrived early (11:00am), figured we'd stop by to see if we could get early check in (which was at 3PM) and was pleasantly surprised when they told us they had two rooms ready for us!. Could use a little updating, but it was clean and the bed was comfy! They had a great breakfast the next morning (scrambled eggs, French toast, home fries, bacon, sausage, cereals, muffins, pastry, assorted juices and coffee. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was nice. My husband and I went to Mystic for two days as part of our one year anniversary get a way. It was close to the aquarium, not too far from both casinos, and they even had an indoor pool. There was a fitness room which I would have used had we stayed another night. The room was clean and there was a sliding door with a small patio and two chairs. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Overall we were pleased and would definitely come back again!

We stayed at the Whaler's Inn for one night. Sadly the weather was chilly and rainy but had it been a nice day and evening we would have enjoyed walking around Mystic. The Whaler's Inn staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast offered numerous choices in a pleasant dining room.

A reminder of the town’s maritime history sits along the Mystic River: the Mystic Seaport, a recreated 19th-century seafaring village with whaling and tall ships and a working shipyard. At the Mystic Aquarium visitors can interact with penguins, Beluga whales, and other sea animals. The Olde Mistick Village, a replica 18th-century New England village, is filled with specialty shops and restaurants.
