"a fantastic hotel "
What a fantastic place. We only stayed for a night and really we wanted to stay more. We were there for one night during Easter and really we wanted to stay more. Indeed the hotel is a hidden jewel as the staff prompt us and really a stay is really worth it. Also try their restaurant which serves modern Greek cuisine full of taste and memories. A real jewel !

"Had a great time at Porto Mykonos!"
The location is perfect, as is the food and the staff. The pool area is spectacular, and an all-round beautiful view! The experience was great, but we do have a few minor suggestions: the closets and drawers smelled a lot of humidity and it stuck to the clothes, and on the other hand, the bathroom was quite small and even more so the shower. It was very hard to shower since the water drains very slowly and the shower itself was tiny.

"Absolute perfection"
Every single member of the staff will create a magical experience for you, the hotel views and hotel itself is stunning, the beach is right down the road, I mean this hotel was absolute perfection. From the moment we landed at the airport, they were there to escort us to our room and take care of us. We will be back.

Rhenia Mykonos

Tourlos Bay, Mykonos - Map
"Excellent out-of-town hotel"
We stayed at the Rhenia for a week and it was excellent in so many respects. The room was typically Greek but had an excellent shower and bed. There was also a spacious patio/balcony. The room also had a fridge and little mosquito machine (a nice touch). We asked for a kettle and got one the same day! Breakfast was again typically Greek and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negatives would be the location (there's not much in Tourlos (other than one Taverna and a supermarket). However you can get the regular Sea Bus into Mykonos Town (10 mins journey) or the bus into Agios Stefanos (a nice beach - 5 mins journey). There is a very short but also very steep hill to get to the hotel.

Tagoo, Mykonos - Map
"Great views, close to town"
Arrived to a warm welcome from the reception staff and George (Manager) was on hand to carry our luggage up to our room. I had chosen a superior room with sea view and I was not disappointed, the only downside is that there is a steep slope and steps leading from reception up to all the rooms, so you definitely get a workout by the time you reach the top. The options and choice of having your breakfast in your room or on the main patio area was great and you had the option to pre-book your breakfast at or turn up and wait, although this wasn't very long if you did turn up un-announced, the timings meant you never felt rushed (as breakfast was on from 08.00 until mid-day)! You could have lunch and evening meals there if you wished and we found no fault with any of the food we ordered. The bar was open for drinks until late and served a wide range. There were enough sun loungers and umbrellas for our stay, but not sure if there would be in the height of the season. Walking to and from town is an experience as there are no pavements and the cars/coaches don't always pull out to leave enough space, you will need a torch to see where you are going when it gets dark as the street lamps are a lot to be desired and a lot do not work. It is a short walk to the town centre, but again uphill on the way back. When the cruise ships are in, the town centre gets very busy and the prices in the restaurants/shops are overpriced. Hire a car & venture out you get more for your money.

Platis Gialos Beach, Mykonos - Map
"Modern boutique hotel close to the beach"
Newly renovated boutique hotel with a great pool area, expansive breakfast, well-appointed rooms, welcoming staff and a short walk from two beaches including Platys Glialos, makes this a highly recommended hotel in Mykonos. Complimentary shuttle to hotel and port was useful, as was availability of shuttle to go to town and back.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
