Outside was nothing special but inside was clean & comfortable. The price was about half of what other hotels in area charge & other than outside being plain this was definitely worth the stay. It has pretty much all the same smenities, free breakfast & WiFi, free parking, pool, etc. close to public transit.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel a little further south from Palo Alto and Stanford that I normally want to stay. But the price was definitely right! And my prime interest: the bathroom was immaculate, shower drained nicely. The hotel staff were also very welcoming and helpful. They made me feel that they really wanted my stay to be an excellent one. And boy, was it ever!

The room was clean - a bit out dated, but clean. There was coffee (Kurig) in the room with real coffee cups. I was surprised that the bathtub was big enough for 2 and was a jacuzzi tub. We only spent one night but it was fine and I'd stay there again. The breakfast was much better than I expected. Eggs, bacon, Belgian Waffle maker, juices - lots of food to choose from. The beds were pretty comfortable - but I recommend bringing your own pillow. Those on the bed were huge.

I have family in the bay area and I do business there often so I'm always looking for a clean room, in a safe area, and also a good value.
This Holiday Inn got a big thumbs up from my family and I. The rooms were very nice, clean and updated. Every amenity was provided. The beds were comfy and very quiet, even tho the hotel is located on El Camino.
This is my new favorite place to stay and we will definitely be back.
We were in a rush so we didn't partake in the breakfast the next morning, so I can't report on that.
