The hotel itself is nice and clean, I like the balcony and I like the bathrooms. Other than that hotel is pretty quiet, not a lot going on, doesn't have a pool or hot tub, is super close or might even be connected to an extended stay America, which is weird? The employee who greeted me at the front desk seemed very bored and a little irritated which was kind of awkward because I arrived in a very good mood and commented on how cute the place is just to be ...ignored...and given my room key lol. It's nice in itself and its unique looking but it's kind of boring and has a very secluded vibe and atmosphere which may be a pro to some and a con to others.

Very helpful and understanding staff! You could tell that the staff wanted you to have a great vacation! The breakfast was quite varied. They always had eggs either with sausage or bacon, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, and great variety of breads and spreads. We had a very big room with two queen beds--very comfortable, always fresh water and the best coffee i have ever had in a hotel room!

Hotel room was extremely clean and modern. BIG screen TV; King Bed with a small pull-out sofa, which my son utilized and loved; fireplace with realistic flame-lights; doorbell at every room; small kitchenette in room; large business area in lobby with multiple workstations and printers. Built-in TV in bathroom mirror was a bit much as I don't even watch television very often, but it was a novelty i have never seen before.

"Friendly staff, affordable hotel in Mountain View"
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I had a good experience interacting with them. Room is what you expect, nothing extraordinary. Breakfast included, again a nice perk, but food is not extraordinary.
