It was a very comfortable room. The staff went out of their way to insure our comfort. I requested a room change due to the walking distance to the elevators. That was no problem. The breakfast was superb...much better than the average. The bathroom however was very small and difficult to negotiate especially since the door opened inward instead of outward. I was told by management that the problem was being corrected.

Staff was friendly, comfortable beds. Would have rated better if the housekeeping weren't blocking the hallway so early in the morning, the guests above us were noisy after 9:30 pm and if we were able to close the curtains to block the outside lights

Starting at the front desk you will feel welcome and appreciated. The property is well managed and maintained in perfect working order. Our room was clean quiet and spacious. The breakfast every morning was very good from enjoying scrambled eggs to ordering your eggs from the chef. I loved making my own mini waffles in the morning with heated syrup at the ready. Nice pool and spa too. Great location in Moreno Valley right next to the Moreno Valley mall. Dead quiet at night too.

High marks for this motel, except the entrance is very deceiving! It looks very run down. The rooms look like they've recently been re-done and are very nice with wood floor, moulding, and beautiful door to bathroom with lovely tile.

The second-largest city in Riverside County, Moreno Valley came into being because of rising real estate prices in Los Angeles and Orange counties in the 1980s. It remains a bedroom community for residents commuting to work in those counties.
