"Great hotel close to all amenities."
We had The Executive Suite at the Capri and found the room to be absolutely wonderful, spacious, clean, modern. It had all the amenities you could ever need, eg washing machine, coffee machine king size beds. The staff were most helpful and very polite.

"Excellent Stay! One of the Best"
In summary - one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Most notable - the Lambert restaurant buffet breakfast, room amenities and inclusions, staff friendliness and customer service, the rooftop bar Eagles Nest. We booked and stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. We stayed in the 1 bedroom king room. First impression upon entering the hotel was the friendliness of the staff - and it continued all throughout our stay. Do not be put off by the worn and aged door to your room. Inside our room was clean and complete with leather couch, living room foxtel tv, bedroom tv, king bed with pillow options, 2 air-cons, spacious bathroom and a fantastic view of the city and the Brisbane river from our balcony. I cannot encourage people enough to include in their hotel booking the Lamberts breakfast buffet. It is honestly the best buffet breakfast I have ever had . Quality food you'd expect from a top restaurant. From sourdough bread, to your choice of eggs cooked as you request, fresh fruits, and many many other options. I will include pictures to this review of the extensive food choices. On one occasion we booked in advance the free shuttle service to the Brisbane CBD and the shuttle was cancelled after we booked but the staff on shift kindly organised a taxi for us. We did not request this and would've caught a bus but were very pleased and thankful for this courtesy. If we were to visit Brisbane in the future we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Great. Location"
My daughter and I stayed 3 nights in a deluxe twin room. We both flew to Brisbane and got the airtrain to Roma St. The hotel was literally minutes from the station. The rooms were large with great views of the city. To our surprise the twin beds were both double bed size, and very comfy. We had a nice meal in the Nest restaurant our first night, and Southbank and the Mall are close enough to walk to for shopping, dining and cultural precinct. We would recommend hotel Jen.

"Excellent airport hotel "
Probably the best airport hotel we have stayed in, between a 4.5 and 5.0 rating out of 5. The food in the dining room was below the quality of the rest of the hotel; However, when the general manager became aware of the issues, he was most generous in his efforts to compensate for our concerns.

"Very nice hotel in excellent location"
I booked a group into the Royal while we were in transit to and from Papua New Guinea. It is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. We were in just the right spot to enjoy the Botanical Gardens right across the street, explore the historical parts of Brisbane, or walk the beautiful river trails. I was particularly impressed with the service when we arrived early. Both times, though we arrived hours before regular check in time, they gave us a room right away. After a 12 hour red-eye plane flight, that was deeply appreciated. I would book the Royal again for any trip to Brisbane.

Great staff and location and beautifully clean. Shame the pool area doesn't get any sunshine. Room service very limited. Standard rooms rather small but comfortable enough for short stays.

Moorooka is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Moorooka, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Moorooka hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
