My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 days while we visited his family and friends in Calgary. Overall we were very satisfied and would stay here again. The room is a spacious clean dorm room with a decent sized kitchen, a bedroom with shelves and a dresser. The bathroom was kind of small and the shower was a bit claustrophobic. The bed fit the both of us but we bought a padding since the mattress was very firm. There is no tv but my boyfriend and I didn't mind because we had a lap top with Netflix. If you're looking for a luxury hotel you should not stay here. However, if you're looking for a place to stay that is affordable, in a great location and very clean-this is a great choice. My boyfriend and I barely spent anytime in our room so we didn't mind staying in a place that was a clean nice dorm room that happened to have housekeeping. Staying here for 10 days was a great and extremely affordable option for us poor students. It cost 120-180% less than other places to stay in Calgary. I recommend it!

Nice hotel near LRT station Banff Trail. Close to university and SAIT. Hotel staff was great to give us supports. Even if we had some trouble with printing and copying documents during our travel, we were able to use the free printer provided in the hotel.

Got in super late (0330 hrs) and the staff was excellent. I needed an ironing board delivered at 0345 and the guy had it rushed to my door, 3/4 the length of the motel, within 90 seconds.
Room needs updating but all surfaces were extremely clean. Totally makes up for lack of modern setting.
Free wifi was fast and easy.

Save a few bucks by simply taking the C-Train to downtown. The train is right next door to the hotel. $3.15 each way versus $18 plus dollars to park downtown. Plus you get to see the town a bit by rail.
Oh the hotel was very adequate with many restaurants around. I would recommend the smokehouse, yum. They cleaned the room each day. Thanks staff

Had to change rooms because of the strong smell of smoke. WiFi was extremely unstable and the issue had to be escalated. The toilet plugged up several times. It was not the usual good experience I've come to expect.
