The rug in the room was poorly vacuumed. It still had items from the previous tenants.
The vent in the bathroom was filled with lint/dust.
My yoghurt from the breakfast bar had expired.
Coffee was really weak and acidic.
Wifi was lousy. I could barely keep a signal.

Nice Hyatt in downtown Omaha. The facility is clean and updated. Nice parking garage. Ordered room service for dinner, the food was way below expectations. Honestly, just a microwaved hamburger patty on a bun with chips on the side and a frozen pizza. I didn't even touch the burger. $9 shot of Jack Daniels because they couldn't make any cocktails. Breakfast buffet was much better!

Excellent hotel in a great location. Shuttle service, bar and restaurant, front desk staff were all fantastic! First time visiting and went to the "Old Market" district within walking distance. A very cool spot with great restaurant choices and a wonderful atmosphere!
