My Husband and I travel once a year so when we travel we only love the best of the best 5 star everything we do not hold back on our vacation. This Hotel will take your breath away the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The price was great and the food offered at the hotel was great as well. They had quick service and when we need something they went out there way to get it. My husband and I already said we will be going back next year again. :) Thank you for an amazing experience.

I'm giving a 4 star review only because we had to wait a little over 2 hours to get our room, even though we got there on time. Also, the guy at the front was trying to give us a twin bed room instead of the king size bed I had reserved 2 months in advance. There is no free Wi-Fi available; the hotel charges 10 dlls a day if you decide to use it.
The hotel is very very nice. It's located right next to the beach, so you can walk from your room to the beach with no problems. The staff was extremely friendly. There are 3 restaurants inside the hotel, mexican, italian, and international, all the food and drinks are delicious and the prices are very reasonable; a dinner for two with drinks and everything comes out to about 40 dollars.
The hotel is located 10 minutes from the malecon, which is the main attraction there; it's a strip with stores, restaurants, and bars right next to the beach.
There is a Walmart located also about 5 minutes away.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Very relaxing stay with great staff eager to make your experience the best it can be, very friendly and welcoming. The house hotel is a different alternative to the big hotel experience. This is a private and quiet setting with the beautiful views and relaxing sounds of the ocean always there. Ideal place to get away from it all. Close to town if you want the party and people scene. Will definitely be back!!!

A smoldering, behind-the-scenes affair between Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton put Puerto Vallarta on the tourist map. Burton was on location in Mismaloya for John Huston’s 1964 film, The Night of the Iguana. Today, visitors can see the ruins of the film site in the hills above town. Mismaloya remains a small town where beachside huts serve the catch of the day with cold cerveza (beer).)
