Overall, everything was immaculate. There were a few issues in our room, but they didn’t affect our stay. The reading lights on the bed didn’t work, and one was almost broken off. There was also water damage all the way down the wall by the window, which caused the wallpaper to be rippled. However, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the TV worked, and we felt safe and it was quiet. The staff was amazing! I witnessed a guest being awful to one of the staff members who worked the overnight shift. The staff member kept their cool and remained very professional. I, on the other hand, was ready to throw my sandal at the guest's head! I highly recommend staying here, and for all future trips to Minneapolis, this will be the place we stay.

Everything was good except for having personal trash cans inside the room. There was literally no place to put trash. And the hot tub was out of order. But overall everything else was good.
