"Comfortable and Convenient"
I always enjoy the Prince not only because of its quality and service, but especially for its accessibility to Shinagawa station and the JR trains. Perfect for me. I stay here on every annual trip to Japan. Another big bonus is the string of great ramen shops across the street. Great selection of tastes!

Close to station but hardly hear train noice. The hotel is walking distance to Ginza and whilst room sizes are not huge they are to be expected in Japan.

"Good location"
Not value for money.Expensive for the size of rooms which are just enough for the beds only.No vegetarian options for breakfast and the staff at the restaurant close the breakfast 30 min before actual breakfast closure of 10 am. Location is good and the reception staff are very friendly and speak English well.

We stayed in this hotel on two overnights coming from and going to Haneda airport. The hotel is conveniently located for getting to the airport and to Tokyo Station. There is much to see within walking distance. The view from the big window behind reception is spectacular! Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner in the atrium restaurant was very good. The staff are attentive.

"Great hotel, great location, western standards."
Beautiful hotel in a business park area and short walk to a mall with 7-11, McDonalds for kids, even a Taco Bell (only one in Tokyo!). Close walk to famous Tsikuji? Fish Market. Close to metro stop, but that stop lacks connections so sometimes had to walk to farther stop by the mall to explore. Good size rooms, western standard almost. Hotel in very nice condition everywhere except the room bathroom which was very clean but older and more basic than the rest of the renovated room. Great breakfast, except for the terrible undercooked scramble eggs and sausages. I didn't know you could mess up scrambled eggs until I ate here. Every day they were watery and dark yellow undercooked, like no one ever explained how to cook them right to the chef. Everything else was excellent as far as food though 4.5/5 star breakfast with both western and Japanese foods incl amazing Miso Soup and really good western pastries. Mattress was hard but we slept OK. Nice staff.

"Small, clean hotel in Roppongi"
Our room was small but very clean. TV was only in Japanese. The safe didn't work. I asked one of the staff to come and fix it; he told me that it couldn't be fixed, but offered to keep my valuables at the front desk.

"Lovely hotel with wonderful restaurants"
Returned to Tokyo following a short tour group. The hotel is located basically on "embassy row," close to the American embassy, and has easy access to 3 subway stations and lines. The staff was very welcoming, and not "stuffy" as one might expect for a hotel of this type. My room was large, compared to Japanese standards, and well-appointed with bath amenities. The restaurants, though not inexpensive, provide a wonderful and memorable culinary experience, and one that should be savored at least once. Although travelling single, I was not treated any differently from the staff, who were always warm and welcoming. I thank the chefs for the fabulous meals I had and their interactions with me. For me, I can't wait to go back for another, and extended stay at Hotel Okura.

Minato is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Minato, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Minato hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
