Pocket Guide: Park City Midway Hotels

The discovery of natural hot springs, or “hot pots,” near Midway in the 1880s led to the development of the area’s first resort, which is still in operation today. Every Labor Day weekend, the town celebrates Swiss Days with a parade, food, craft booths, and more. Two miles away, the 22,000-acre Wasatch Mountain State Park provides visitors with year-round outdoor activities.
