The hotel has certainly seen better days, but the room was clean and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. For the price I paid, it was certainly worth the money. It's a solid option if you just want something affordable that provides a surprisingly decent experience.
Don't bother with the breakfast. When I got down there at around 9am, it was a couple of mini cinnamon rolls, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and juice. Water pressure in the shower is also terrible, if that's the kind of thing that's important to you.
I'd still recommend this place if you just need a simple and affordable place to lay your head for a night.

We visit family in the area at least once a year. Switched to this hotel. Have a disabled husband and their handicapped rooms are great...easy for him to maneuver. Everyone was wonderful to us and very helpful. Had a slight plumbing issue that they fixed immediately. We're looking for a comfortable hotel to come to in the evenings, and this works beautifully for us. Will definitely be back on our next trip.

This hotel is undergoing much needed renovations, which was not mentioned when we booked.
Our room was clean, but toiletries were spare: just shampoo and soap in the room, anything else had to be requested at the front desk.
Newspapers are not offered, even for purchase.
The dining room has a chef. A good salad was included in the entree price. I had the chicken marsala, which was just a little chewy, but had a good sauce. My companion had the salmon, which he was satisfied with. The rolls were standard quick-heat.
Breakfast was included in the room price. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pasteries, breads, yoghurt, cereal, fresh waffles, beverages and fruit were on offer. "Breakfast to go" bags are available if you can't stay. They include: yoghurt, granola bars and water.
