Recommend paying a little extra to get a room with a balcony over Bourbon Street. Hotel is great but what sets it above thee rest is the balcony rooms and the jazz club on site. Will come back to this hotel every time we visit!

We had some issues with our room but Chef Adam was absolutely wonderful with trying to accommodate us for our inconvenience. However, though we were upgraded the second night to a suite a monetary adjustment should have been made for the first night. Again. Because of Chef Adam's kindness with our meal I would probably give the Hotel another try. We love Chef Adam & his staff.

Very good and helpful staff, room very good, pool nice, easy to find and safe area... Greatly appreciate your staff advice about French quarters about parking, where to stay, and where to go... Rooms and hallways are very nice. the only thing that is horrible is the deal between hotel and IHOPE for breakfast. this is deal is bad for hotel and I would recommend you to rather not have a breakfast included or break apart from IHOPE deal... why not have typical continental breakfast and people would be vary happy

This 4-story motel is in Metairie's business district, 6 miles from the airport and 7 miles from downtown New Orleans.More
Characteristed by quiet streets lined with well-kept homes, affluent Metairie is a tranquil alternative to the bustle of the Big Easy. Once down-at-heel, the Fat City rea has been regenerated in recent years, and is now a dining destination where big-name chain restaurants rub shoulders with family-owned joints serving Creole delicacies. Lafreniere Park, meanwhile, is a peaceful oasis where you can stroll, jog, and feed wild birds.
