The check in process went smooth and staff was pleasant. I selected a king studio and the room was a good size and similar to the picture online. The furniture has clearly been there for a while but it was clean and maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean and well supplied with towels during stay. The tub floor was worn and could have used refinishing but was clean. The kitchenette area was clean and had coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Unfortunately, I had to go find regular coffee packets on 3 of the days because according to staff member " they ran out and the order did not come in yet". The housekeeper was pleasant attended to the room daily. The room was quiet (and I was close to pool) and the air conditioner worked great and was not noisy. The carpeting had a slight odor (musty) and a shampoo would help. The parking was good. No issues with finding parking during entire stay. The property certainly has exceptional potential with some renovation and upgrades. Nice place, I met general manager who assisted me with directions, very nice lady. I enjoyed my stay and would return.

The hotel was ok. The pool area was nice, it was kept clean and they were constantly bringing out fresh towels. The hotel breakfast was standard and well stocked. The room was small, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The shower didn't drain well, looked like hair was clogging up the drain. The Wifi didn't work at all, we eventually just gave up trying to use it. Our biggest complaint during our stay was that our rooms weren't cleaned 2 out of the 5 nights we stayed there. It was a very busy time with spring training and the hotel was full, but it was disappointing to come back to a messy room. The manager was responsive to our concerns and I feel that he will address these concerns.

We were there only one night. The temperature was in the 90s so we took advantage of the swim pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi too. Our room was nice. The restaurants were close by so we could take advantage of that. We were 15 minutes away from the airport. The people were friendly both workers and others staying there.

Rooms had been upgraded. Nice bed, full kitchen, nice bathroom (though a bit tight) , old furniture, 2 small new TVS hung unevenly. Horrible couch/hideaway bed in living room. Staff at check in not extremely friendly but efficient. Check out staff much better. Nice little breakfast. Nice pool area. Great location right off the freeway.

My daughter and I needed a hotel close to the Mesa Airport as our flight left at 8:15 AM. After looking at several places to stay, I booked the Best Western Legacy Inn and Suites. Our room was so nice and beds were comfortable. The young woman at the front desk even printed our boarding passes for us. I will remember to check our the Best Western hotels in future travels.
