our room was very spacious and comfortable. We experienced a few problems with the TV and toilet, but they were promptly taken care of by the friendly staff. The morning breakfast was very good and diverse. Our times spent around the pool and hot tub were fun.

One of the reasons we picked this hotel was because they had a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. They neglected to tell us that after 9:00pm they do not offer this service. Our plane did not get into Gateway until 10:30 and there for we had to take a taxi. If they are not going to offer the service, they should at least refund the taxi billing.

After staying in the rougher side of Mesa the first few days. I was happy to have stumbled upon this place. The hotel room was huge, linens were clean, ac worked very well and I felt safe. The staff had everything ready for me when I checked in so it took less than 5 minutes. I was surprised by how large the room was for the price. There's a Starbucks and Jamba Juice directly across the street and an Albertsons within walking distance. The bathroom was a bit outdated but it was clean as were the towels and the room. The wifi was free which was great and they offered free breakfast in the am which I cannot comment on as I didn't have the time to go. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This is extremely close to the sourthen/Dobson Mesa community college campus so that was a nice surprise ask needed to go there in the morning. Overall, I would stay there again.

We stayed one night but rested well in a clean comfortable room. The beds felt great and it was relaxing except for the noisy air conditioning unit. The food the next morning was better than average. The scrambled eggs and ham with the waffle helped with that rating. We enjoyed the workout room, and Jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions nicely.
All in all, I felt the experience to be quite pleasant and I would return again.

Very happy I stayed here! Every single member of the staff I had dealings with were helpful and friendly. Breakfast facility kept clean and stocked. Room very clean. Although it's next to a mall, my stay was quiet. And it's close to Rt. 60.
