Comfortable room, only problem could be for older guests is the shower over the bath. Rooms are small but more than adequate, clean with lovely towels and toiletries. Priced at the lower end delivers at the higher. The included buffet breakfast was as good as you'd get anywhere and the gin and tonic from the bar brilliant. Recommend very highly.

The Langham is a top end boutique hotel in Melbourne. We were in a king suite with a river view that had been recently renovated, and the room was very nice and spacious with a large marble walk-in shower and tub room and large bathroom. The Melba restaurant was reasonably good for breakfast and lunch, but didn't try it for dinner. The hotel staff and the concierge were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the executive 2 bedroom. When we got there check in took forever as there was basically one reception guy working, one was doing who knows what, looking pretty I guess. Then the audacity of him to serve the customer that was just lingering on the side, not in the line waiting like normal people. Overall, room was very spacious and comfortable. Carpets and walls were dirty but the rest was great! Beautiful view. Was annoyed their parking bay was full so we had to park at crown..

We got an unexpected room upgrade so this obviously makes our rating quite favourable. Staff on check in were slow and not friendly, staff on check out were great. Room due to upgrade was spacious with nice view. Didn't use room service or hotel breakfast /restaurant so can't speak to that. Beds were comfortable
