The hotel is very conveniently located, only a short walk from the mosque and close to local shops and other amenities. The location was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, we were “upgraded” to a quadruple room, which didn’t feel like much of an improvement. The additional bed made the room feel cramped, leaving us with less space overall. Housekeeping was only provided when requested, which was not ideal. Additionally, the hot water in the shower required pre-heating, which made using it less convenient. Overall, while the location was very good, the room itself did not meet expectations.

I stayed from 6 to 8 November, the hotel is located just 3 minutes walk to the Majid e Nabwi, hotel & rooms were clean despite of heavy number of guests they maintained it very well. The hotel even offered me complimentary evening snacks (4 Pm to 8 Pm) as I booked executive room. Room was quite however some noise came when some guests arrived in the next room. I requested for room on the highest floor & they provided me with it. The breakfast was just WOW, Mr. Abdulaziz at the restaurant entrance was very cooperative despite of my booking doesn't included breakfast however I paid on the spot & enjoy a very large variety of items for my breakfast. Parking was easily available in B2. Everything was super clean & well organized, the check in was smooth & check out was even more smooth. The staff including the security persons were super cooperative as I need to park my car & the security staff came along with me directed me to the exact parking entrance of the hotel. I cannot sum up in words how amazing my experience was with this hotel. Thank you Saja Madina Hotel for your amazing hospitality.
