Our room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious and we loved the pool hours! Our favorite part was the free breakfast and the breakfast assistant, Sandy. She was super friendly and made us feel right at home! Would definitely stay here again.

Great food at the on site restaurant and bar is convenient to not need to leave the hotel, yet it's also a great location with other restaurants across the street and a large mall less than 10 minutes away. However it could be a little cleaner. The walls and floor in bathroom had stains in the grout between tiles, bathroom ceiling very dusty and unfinished around light fixtures. Also saw a few tiny ants in the room and bathroom. Overall great service during check in and out, but I did not mention any issues while there because not much time was spent in the room so not sure how that would have been handled. Had I needed to be in town another few days, probably would have just switched to a different hotel, as I don't believe complaints would help if they don't do thier best on up-keep from the start.

Hotel was OK. First room was very strange-handicapped room large conference table in one room and bed in another. Grateful we were changed to a standard King room (for an extra price). Biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Stayed here because in the past Hampton had above average breakfast. No so with this one. Eggs were horrible and choices were limited. Mostly junk food.

Excellent value, super employees, friendly, gracious, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Good folks work there and they deserve a raise!!
Outside of that...the pool was closed and it was not on the website when I booked, so I was a bit disappointed since I exercise in water. Also, the in wall heat pump blew cool air on us all night long...which was not comfortable. (not a fan of in the wall heat pumps.)
Other than that...the place was spotless, a tremendous value for the money! I'm looking forward to visiting again!!

Everything about the hotel was great. I was a little disappointed, we continued to have problems with both room keys not worked. This happened on multiple occasions, and the staff blamed it on being too close to cell phone. The keys were no where near a phone though. We were locked out of our room multiple times, and they just brushed it off.

The hotel room was set up like a small 1 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family that adults could stay up and watch TV while the children went to bed. Bedroom had a tv too. Quiet area and room was clean. The full free breakfast was an added bonus! Coffee was good too. I will stay again!

Reserved a room with 2 beds to save on room rate. Room was cramped with the 2 beds. Would be tight quarters for more than 2 people in the room. Cleanliness was ok. I ended up wiping down the bathroom after seeing toothpaste splatters and fingerprints on the bathroom door.
Location is good. Plenty of restaurants nearby. One chain restaurant with many tv's to watch sports is 100 yards behind the hotel. Hotel is upgrading rooms, will stay again once the rooms are updated. The new HIE rooms are a great value.

Named for a settlement of wagon mechanics in the early 1800s, the town grew in part because of its link to the Pennsylvania Railroad. The Mechanicsburg Museum Association preserves historic railroad sites like the Stationmaster’s House and Passenger Station, along with the town’s oldest building, Frankeberger Tavern. Jubilee Day, the East Coast’s largest one-day street fair, takes place each June.
