Was looking forward to the breakfast so we could get on the road. The sign in the lobby said "Breakfast 6 - 9:30AM". We got there at 9:14am and everything was cleaned up, coffee was gone and no hotel employee was around to even ask what was going on. VERY DISAPPOINTING with three hungry teenagers.

It's suprisingly not that bad. It's clean, in a decent location, and not that badly priced. Comes with free wifi, parking, mini fridge, and microwave. There's smoking and non smoking rooms as well.
It still gives off that slightly sketchy vibe due to not really having a sign you can read besides the motel part. It also does not have a door latch for added security so wé put a chair in front of it. The shower took a bit to turn off completely since the knob just kept turning.
The check in lady was nice but don't rush when speaking. She thought I wanted a room when I was checking out even though I handed her the room key.
All in all not a bad place to stay for a night or two. Especially if you're going to the Florida caverns and want a place pretty close to the park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the indoor pool every day. Cookies and tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day long. Breakfast was convenient and there were many options. The hotel overall and our room in particular were kept clean and fresh. The staff could not be nicer. They were prompt, courteous and very friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.

Small-town charms and underground adventures can both be found in Marianna, about 22 miles west of Lake Seminole. Florida Caverns State Park is the only open-air cave system in Florida which offers public tours. Swimmers and cave divers can check out Blue Springs Park. In town, restored antebellum homes and a refurbished downtown provide a glimpse of the region's history.
