It is a quaint little Inn located at the edge of town. No other services to speak of, though there is a shared kitchen to use if required. It was adequate for the price we paid. The water pressure was good and internet worked well!
The check-in is across the road at another location. It closed at 6pm even though the expedia site said it would close at 7pm. Unfortunately we reached at 6:05pm. Our room key was outside the reception door in an envelope with my name. I tried to call the after hours numbers but no one picked up. Luckily the details were sufficient in the welcome letter so I didnt have to call them again.
The checkout at 10AM is a bit earlier than normal!

Owner couple (Dirk and Pam) are passionate to make you stay comfortably. The room is so clean and nice, every detail is trying to help you relax and escape from busy city living. Dirk will welcome you everyday during breakfast time. He will help you plan the best route to get most from your stay in margaret river. If we didn't meet Dirk, we would miss a lot of good sightseeing spots around. Highly recommend to stay.

Stayed in a 2 br cottage with my wife and 19m baby during winter Aug 2015. The electric blackets worked great for us but baby got very cold in the other room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided us a portacot. Only thing missing would have been an oil heater as bub's room got really cold without any heater in his room. 2nd night we decided to keep his door open and let the reverse cycle air cond in the living room flow in his room to keep him warm. Not ideal but seem to work.

Very old and quaint. But with that comes the noise of wooden floor and paper thin walls.
But still worth the experience especially in winter. Nothing like a roaring fire when it's pouring rain and blowing a gale. The roof leaked a bit around the fire place but that never dampened spirits as we gathered to drink the wine and eat the food we Collected in our tour.
