Marco Island is very pricey but this place was reasonable. It is not the fanciest place, but the location is great. The amenities are a little outdated compared to a modern hotel but overall everything was functional. My only complaint is that there are no curtains on the windows, only shades. It was impossible to get the bedroom completely dark - even at night.

Did not enjoy the hotel 100% because of a bad weather conditions.
Rooms are old and little ( I stated in a standard room)
Nice pool ( get to enjoy it for 3 hrs out a whole week vacation)
The beach looks nice ( to cool for anybody to swim)
Good hotel I will come back again.

From the moment we checked in we were treated special. While this is an old building, its kept in great shape, fresh paint and new hardware. Great sitting out at night along the inlet. Quiet street too, no hustle, bustle. Would recommend to anyone.

Suite 708, Tower 3 - This condo suited our needs perfectly! It had a huge balcony with 4 chairs, a table and a lounge chair for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view and the sunset. The unit was well stocked with towels, dishes, cooking utensils, two flat screen TVs, DVD player and it had free wi-fi in the unit (not all of the units do). Although the building is a little older (late 1970's), the unit was clean and had light-coloured tile floors throughout, giving it a bright and airy feeling. The bathrooms could use a little updating, but they were fine for our use. One minor complaint we had is that the water pressure in the master bathroom was incredibly low. The pressure in the main bathroom was good though. The location was terrific - right on the beach - but you did have to walk along the sand and around the end of an intracoastal waterway to get to the wide part of the beach and the ocean. This wasn't a problem for us at all as we didn't have young children with us and we actually enjoyed the walk to get to the oceanfront. You could also take a shortcut by walking through the shallow part of the intracoastal waterway to get to the ocean.

I stayed recently at this place, we were 6 adults and 2 children in a 3/3. First of all, the service my family and I received from the staff members exceeded our expectations, they were always available to answer our questions and fulfill our needs. Every room in the Room/Apt was very clean and organized. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal, there is even a grill outside the pool area, meant to be used by the guests. The pool and the Jacuzzi are not that big but it was never full of people so my family and I were able to take full advantage of it. The complimentary shuttle service is amazing, we took full advantage of that as well, all you need to do is let them know at what time you will be ready to be dropped off at the beach, and the same can be done for pick up and you wait about 10 minutes. This hotel even offers complimentary umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, boards for you to use at the beach, of course they are on a first come first serve basis so reserve them early in the morning. I will definitely be back, this place was just so great for my family and I.

Marco Island is the largest and most northern of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. The island has several resorts that cater to tourists. Three beaches are on the island—Tigertail, Residents, and South Marco—the last of which is for resort visitors only.
