What a way to finish our 4 week vacation in the US. The staff at the front counter and the concierge were all amazing and we instantly knew we were in for a great stay. Check in was painless and everything was pointed out clearly to us by the front desk. We opened the door to our room and thought we were in heaven. We had a major issue on checkout, our flight out of mammoth was cancelled. The staff were absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to help us get to LAX in time for our flight. I cannot speak highly enough of the front desk and the concierge, they are a credit to the hotel.

The resort was fairly comfortable, and the staff courteous. However, amenities (pool, air conditioning) were not top of the line and need to be improved. Would recommend as the stay was enjoyable and the location was great as well.

Quaint hotel in a great location. Our hot water was fine the first night but not great the second.
Told the staff upon leaving and was assured it would be taken care of.
Will be staying there again soon.
