Very pleased with all aspects of the hotel, staff were very helpful and understanding when facilitating a change of room as my wife does not use lifts, we were moved from 5th floor room allocated to the 1st floor. Facilities very impressive, nice roof terrace and pool, all round an excellent experience.

We have stayed in Malaga several times before but not at this hotel. It was further out of town that we thought, taxis are very reasonable and we walked a lot. The bar area was well used by people, we did feel though that this could have been made more relaxing, it was laid out more for diners. We had a room which was looking out over the covered in pool, nice room but rather dull, we upgraded to a front view room which was really nice.

Just stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was everything we want for a city break. Good location, clean rooms, quiet and great value for money. The hotel doesnt have a restaurant or bar or roof terrace but we never use those any way. Breakfast looked ok but there are some great cafes in any direction. The bed was comfy and the room was cool - we dont need anythin else.

We had a wonderful two night stay at Room Mate Valeria. The check-in process was very straightforward and quick, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, with the right amount of chatty! The room was very stylish, I'm considering re-decorating the bathroom based upon this hotel! The shower was absolutely spot on. The roof top bar and splash pool are a great place to chill and enjoy the fantastic Malaga weather.

"Good accommodations for our needs (near airport)."
We were driving into Malaga in a rental car and we found the hotel was very difficult to locate. Access to local bus service was a big help, so in the evening we didn't have to drive into the city. The staff was very helpful in identifying bus numbers that would take us into the centre of Malaga.

One of Spain’s biggest ports and the provincial capital, Malaga’s city centre has undergone a major facelift in recent years to attract many tourists who would usually pass straight to the local resorts. The historic centre features narrow streets surrounding the iconic lopsided cathedral. Plaza Merced is the birthplace of artist Pablo Picasso. Above it all sits the hilltop fortress of the Alcazaba.
