Had a wonderful time there for our honeymoon the staff treats you like the most important person and never rushes you. Great food and activities on sight that makes it very hard to leave the hotel. This couples only resort makes it hard to have a bad time at any spot

"GOOD hotel a little off th ebeaten track"
I discovered this place about 3 years ago due to the restaurant in the front. The facility is good and inexpensive. Clean & well maintained by CARIBBEAN STANDARDS. Yes there are insects and lizards on the grounds but that's everywhere. The room had a refrigerator, microwave 15 channel TV a few utensils and a coffee maker. However there is no coffee setups. Staff was nice and were generally responsive to my requests.

"Go for the location & beach serenity"
We enjoyed our visit to this resort. It is as described; very rustic, laid back and location is beautiful. Cottages have different views so asking the hotel about what is offered is a wise choice instead of simply relying on photos online. The Italian bed linens were scratchy feeling & not the most comfortable. The mostly covered but outdoor style rest rooms were a blast of humidity each time you needed to use them was something to get used to. However, if we were to return to visit Grenada, simply because of this quiet serene location away from the crowds which was ideal for us & beauty of the resort, we would book at Laluna resort again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful time at the la heliconia! People are so helpful and so polite, nothing is a problem for them! The place is in a very good location, the apt are comfortable and intimate too. The staff that runs the operation, have the best customer service that I've encountered in the Caribbean so far! Would I recommend it? Yes! Big time! Would I come back? Definitely yes! Thank you to Mrs. Debbie and her team for making my stay so comfortable

Le Phare Bleu Boutique Hotel & Marina

Petite Calivigny Bay, St. George's - Map
"Out of the way but mostly pleasing stay."
This resort is about 15 minutes away by taxi from the beaches and shopping areas. Don't drive yourself, as you will only get frustrated with lack of street signs, narrow streets, and congestion. The resort, serves as a marina, with apartments and private verandas. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. A/C is only for bedroom, but really, unless you're sleeping, why do you need it. Breakfast is delivered to your private patio in the morning at the requested time. Nice touch. The pool area was sufficient, but more loungers are needed, as both times we went to sit by the pool all 6 loungers were occupied. The resort staff were lovely and went out of their way to make you feel at home. 5/5 here. Don't come here if you are looking for a beach experience. We were not, and found the small area of beach here was sufficient for our needs. A few loungers are available at the water for those who want them. Remember, this is also a marina, so your view will also include some beautiful sail boats. My only beef with this establishment is the restaurant. The first night we arrived it was closed for a private affair. The two nights we ate here the service was extremely slow. One night they even asked us what we wanted for desert before our dinner order was placed, that's how long we waited. While the food was plentiful and of good quality, each day something else was not available from the menu. Overall, a lovely stay but be prepared to get a taxi if quality meals are a must.

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Magazine Beach, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Magazine Beach hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
