I didn’t like the cleanliness my shower had hair on the walls when we checked in complained to hotel staff even submitted a photo and hours later after being told it would be taken care of came back to room to find it was not done. That alone turned what would have been a great experience into something else. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is nicely arranged.

A wonderful end to our stay in Madrid! The facility was clean and well maintained. The room was large and nicely appointed, including a Nespresso machine. The buffet/restaurant was lovely. and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with shuttle. We will visit again!

The hotel was really nice. I arrived very late, but although they were about to close, at the restaurant they served me a great salad. The room was nice and quite big, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen. They have a shuttle to the airport every half hour, and the ride is pretty short.

The check in and check out process was quick and the staff was friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet, so you could really relax. The hotel is located only 12 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city centre which is great. However would have been nice at dinner if they had some live music or entertainment as well to give a balance but overall nice. Room was large, clean, spacious and lots of sockets for things. Really enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location

Very convenient to Airport. Free shuttle a was a plus and great big room ! It was a perfect place to stay overnigh and a fantastic breakfast before taking off of another 8 hours travel!
