Pound Road, Lyme Regis - Map
"Perfect location in Lyme Regis"
We chose this hotel for its proximity to The Cobb. Plus, it had all the extras we needed - free wifi, breakfast included and free parking. It's just a short walk down to the seafront and Monmouth Beach. We had a great dinner at The Harbour Inn and a fantastic breakfast the next morning at the hotel. There's ample parking, and we didn't need to use our car at all during our stay.

Cobb Arms

Marine Parade, Lyme Regis - Map
"Warm welcome despite storm Imogen!"
The Cobb Arms is basically a pub that has 3 rooms upstairs for hotel guests. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. A warm, working shower, small flat screened TV & tea & coffee making facilities make it more than adequate. Beds were comfortable too. The staff were excellent. Very friendly & helpful. I really can't speak highly enough about them. Breakfast was superb & the evening meal we had there was good quality too. I'd recommend the steak pie. Breakfast had a self service starter of orange juice, fresh fruit & cereals followed by a choice of main dishes. The Full English was excellent. Best sausages I've had in years. Bar prices aren't cheap, but I think that's true of a lot of Lyme Regis. Good quality beer though. Would recommend.
