Hotel is next to the lake and rooms have excellent view of lake and the pilatus. Not so close to the town, but easily accessible through the public transport. Breakfast is not included and no other restaurants available around. Overall the credit goes to the great view of the lake and mountains.

Hotel is in ideal location and right on the lake. Rooms are beautiful. You definitely want to upgrade your room though as the standard Queen room is small and AC doesn't work as well as the deluxe king rooms. Bar is beautiful appointed as well. Indoor pool. Needs more outdoor lido lounge chair areas. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend.

A surprise upgrade from Deluxe Double to lifestyle suite by the hotel was really appreciated, it was a great experience during our anniversary trip.
It was just a 7-8 mins walk from the Train Station with the supreme view for the lake. The room was spacious and clean with the musical instrument decoration.

It was very hot when we were in Luzern (>30 C) and hence the air conditioning in the room was very very welcome. Our room was small, but functional and modern and clean. The restaurant (Bolero) was terrific, both for breakfast and we ended up having dinner there three times. The tapa's menu is a ton of food and very good. We also liked the paella and our kids raved about the fajitas. Staff was friendly and suggested a spot for swimming in the lake that was great. Only minor disadvantage is that it is a typical city hotel that does not really have a lobby to sit with family. But overall a very nice stay at a convenient location if you are traveling by train.
