"uniqe place"
the place is very uniqe' its an old castel that has been renovated. the room is actually an old bedroom and a batroom in two separte floors. it is not convinent, the stairs are too narrow and quite not safe. my partener sent to the bathrom down the stairs and slipped over hurting her leg and knee. i think the hotel is very special and uniqe but the wa the rooms are seperated from the bathrooms is unsafe. my partner is lucky that she didnt hurt her leg more seriosly. also the breakfast is poor and expensive,

"A 3 Star Hotel with 5 Star service."
From the second that we spotted the hotel from the main road, we felt 'Yes, this is going to be AWESOME'. I was a bit dubious about staying in a 3 star hotel in the French country side, but let me assure you, dear reader, this little place is absolutely fantastic. Marie France at reception is courteous and super efficient, immediately reserving us a table for that evenings meal. Marvellous Mathieu, one of the owners, hoisted my large suitcase up to our room in a jiffy, and what a delight the room was - very spacious, country chic - the giant double bed and multiple pillows as comfy as a cloud. We had a small entrance to our room, separate toilet and our own private bathroom with windows opening onto a scene mostly seen in magazines: a gentle gurgling lake and mountain views in the glorious country side. I could go on forever about the beautiful surroundings, the secluded pool and jacuzzi placed underneath a cliff but words are too poor to describe such majesty. I will, however, like to name the staff who were so helpful, polite and made us feel as though we were actually in a 5 star hotel: Benoit - please allow him to guide you when it comes to wine selection - he knows his stuff and everything that he recommended did not disappoint. Yann, Quentin and Baslien - thank you for being so very professional and polite in the discourse of your duties, you are all a credit to yourselves and the hotel. To our magnificent Michelin Star Chef - thank you for sharing your art.

"Great stay, excellent staff "
We could not be happier with this hotel! We got a free upgrade to an exceptional handicapped room. The staff was very attentive to our needs and went out of their way to make us feel special. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We were very close to the UNESCO Heritage site we came to see. There was a lounge with books and games, and the staff had good information on restaurants and things to do and see.

"Great stay"
We had difficulty finding the hotel with our Garmin and iPhones but did so with the help of a local. Once we arrived the hosts Bruno and Karin were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay special. The old chateau is lovely and the rural setting spectacular. My husband went swimming immediately on the very large outdoor pool. We slept with open windows listening to birds and host bells. Breakfast was great and Bruno gave us a trove of information for seeing the area. We would have missed some wonderful places. Only downside was the dining room closed Sunday when we were there, but our hosts made us a reservation at a very good restaurant in nearby Figeac. So we were able to see a little of that town. There should be directions on how to get there to anyone who books a room at the hotel. A wonderful stay.

"Exceptionally good staff. "
The staff at this hotel were exceptional- incredibly helpful recommending and booking restaurants, cheerful and prepared to do what they could to make our stay as good as it could be. The view from the small balcony over the Pont Valentre and weir was lovely. Breakfast average but this is France! Nespresso machine in room - you can ask housekeeping for extra capsules. Very clean rooms. Housekeeping even sorted us out at 3pm when we had mistakenly left our do not disturb sign on. V comfy beds. Our room was a superior twin and it was spacious enough for our 5 night stay. Standard double a bit smaller so possibly best only for shorter stays.

Lot is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Lot, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Lot hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
