Staff at desk was pleasant. It says downtown but actually further away than expected. Desk person suggested driving downtown but so many hours in car decided to walk. Probably should have drove. Many places to check out in Chattanooga, which was amazing. Motel was old and needs repair. Could hear voices all night long. Room was clean and large.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is somewhat dated, but the rooms have been updated and were comfortable. I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room which were definitely a plus.
