Great location and easy walking distance to tubr , markets , tower bridge , food and drink options , friendly staff with easy check in and out , room perhaps a little tired although clean and great size . Slight concern was small step into the bathroom which after 3 trips and almost injuring myself we put a white towel down to highlight it and avoid any further accidents

Great Experience

Great experience, minor issue with our key working when we first checked in. They had the room ready early so they accommodated an early check in. Key didn’t work but we were allowed in and able to shower and settle in before they tried to repair the card reader on the door. We went out to eat and everything was sorted when we returned.

Great location in Bermondsey. Not far from London Bridge station. Staff were very friendly. The room was great - working AC and the bed was super comfortable. The interior could do with a bit of a refurbish, but I can’t complain because everything was in working order. I would stay here again!

Not what we paid for

When i booked the hotel on the front page of hotel on hotels.com it says parking available this was not the case i had to drive into a public parking near waterloo the cost was 55 pound that i didnt plan for then a nice 16 minute walk back to hotel.also it states on the hotel there is air-conditioning but there wasnt i was in a family room with 4 people it was red hot they provided 2 fans whis isnt air-conditioning we went for a graduation so when we left the room all pf us were sweating and uncomfortable.

While I didn’t have a horrible time, it certainly wasn’t what I expected. The 15-minute walk to the rain was a chore, the rooms were somewhat outdated and it just didn’t give the vibe I was looking for. The area wasn’t my favorite.

Nice Place

This is a really nice hotel in a good area with plenty things around. It is an easy walk to both London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or evening restaurant, however there are enough around.

I moved to Travel Lodge in Tanner Street and could not have made a better choice -
