This hotel was in an ideal location for our visit to the Old Globe Theatre and other activities near the Thames. We could easily walk to the Millennium Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral, as well as access the tube and river taxis to go further afield. All in all, a great stay!

Staff were kind, attentive and gave great customer service. The hotel is a vibrant, modern and cool. The Seabird is worth trying! I felt this was a great choice for me as a solo traveler.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the convenience to the train station and the lobby’s decor and ambience. I booked the cozy room and was surprised by the size of the room- i found it tiny for 2 people plus our luggages. Also, the room is usually stuffy at night - the property has a set min temperature of 18c

This was a last minute booking that was in a convenient location for a party nearby. I'm so glad I booked - the hotel has such a lovely feel to it, the staff were friendly, and the room (the smaller style of this available) was lovely. The bedding and pillows were so soft, the view from the window was lovely, and there were really nice touches in the room, such as a hand steamer which came in so handy for sorting out my travel wrinkled clothes!

Not a great experience

Started strong, but quickly went downhill. The initial welcome was warm, but unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to it. The room was just okay—nothing special. Any time I asked for assistance at reception, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. The biggest letdown was the rooftop birthday dinner. Service was shockingly poor—after waiting around 15 minutes for a simple glass of water, I only received it after asking for the third time. Overall, a disappointing experience that fell far short of expectations
