We loved this beautiful hotel. The decor is gorgeous and location is prime. They pay attention to detail. We were also welcomed with a delicious welcome drink. Staff from the restaurant to the front desk were all so very kind and helpful, they all definitely showed the Portuguese hospitality and friendliness. Their breakfast was also very delicious especially my favourite: the beetroot crepe with arugula! Highly recommend this hotel!

Beyond our high expectations! An excellent establishment with the staff to match. Everyone was so attentive and helpful whilst avoiding being overbearing. From the moment we made our reservation to the moment we departed at the end of our 1 week stay, nothing was too much trouble to provide and we were made to feel at home. The facilities are great too - from the comfort of the beds/rooms to great quality wifi, wonderful food options in the hotel restaurant (and beyond) and excellent guided tours. Absolutely recommend this hotel for those looking for relaxed chic and total professionalism in a great location.
