hotel is a city hotel but it was not so crowded. It was also quiet and silence.
We called taxi 3 times but there was no queue. So one person who came after me got the taxi. Maybe you can give the taxi number to the people who called taxi.
Room was clean and tidy.

We had an excellent welcome from Reception : we were in a hurry to get to a concert and the staff did their very best to speed us through check-in and give us advice on the best route to our venue. What's more the same receptionist made a point of asking us the following day if we had made it to the concert. Full marks!
Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean and well appointed (fridge, safe etc).
Dinner in the Hotel restaurant was good. Breakfast catered for all needs -and the staff coped really well with a huge inflow of guests.
The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station and in the same Square as the Opera and Concert houses and close to other 'attractions'.

The hotel was a great base for a short break in Leipzig. We were given a warm welcome on arrival, and reception staff were always friendly and helpful. There was a lovely, delicious and ample spread for breakfast. The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable. A very short walk from the front door and you're on the tram, which is about 15 minutes to the centre. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Positioned between two historic trade routes near three rivers in the northwestern part of Saxony, the city of Leipzig is a hub for trade and musical culture. The Leipzig Fair, the oldest trade fair in the world, finds its name and location here, and lovers of music and history can visit St. Thomas Church, where Johann Sebastian Bach was music director of The St. Thomas Boys' Choir in the 1700s.
