Nice welcome from front desk. Room was nothing fancy but had both minifridge and microwave which allowed me to eat in room. The bed had nice new bedding. Carpet was older but OK. Overall cleanliness was not top notch (interpretation: fine for me, but if my wife was with me she would have not been impressed). The breakfast provided was a bonus, basic but adequate.
The location was close to train tracks that had loud horn when passing by but I did not notice in the middle of the night. There were some noisy guests my first night but the next two nights were quiet.
Overall, can't beat the price for the area. I would stay here again while on business but wouldn't pick for a romantic getaway! I would recommend to friends and associates with caveats.

Didn't realize when I booked this hotel from the U.S. that it was so far from downtown Vancouver but since it's so close to several major roads it wasn't really a problem and the cost was significantly less. I would stay there again definitely. Staff was great and helpful. My wife and I didn't used the indoor pool but it's there and "kid friendly". Also, they allow pets. Definitely a plus in my book.

Less than an hour from Vancouver, Langley is in the heart of the Lower Mainland. The pedestrian-oriented downtown area contains a shopping centre, markets, and antique stores. The city offers over 300 acres of green space and park facilities, including Langley City Park, Campbell Valley Regional Park, and Fort Langley National Historic Park, with restored 19th century buildings.
