It was very close to the station so it has the convenience of going to transport, and there are a few shops and food places around as well. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the staff offered great assistance in helping me get the room I wanted. There aren't much to watch on the television but most people aren't here to watch TV, so it doesn't really affect my rating.

"Odaiba is nice location to stay"
If you are going to stay in Japan for holiday with your family, Odaiba island is nice location to stay, there are so many attractions for the kids at Odaiba. The location of Trusty hotel is also good, in the middle of to stations and also you can walk to so many attractions. The rooms are so narrow, but clean and useful.

"Clean, cheap, nice staff."
We stayed as a family to experience the capsule hotel. We enjoyed it and it was clean. The beds are Jaoanese hard and it wasn't quite as private as others we had seen, but adequate and clean.

"We loved this hotel!"
Pleasant easy safe walk along beautiful path to hotel in an interesting neighborhood. The front desk staff was very helpful with our questions about Tokyo and the use of the transportation systems. The room was very nice with more amenities than most fancy US hotels, small yes, but we did not visit Tokyo to sit in our room! There was a nice variety of places to eat very close to the hotel. The AC worked well, and there was always warm water in the shower, clean, comfortable and quiet. Just pay attention when you first arrive on the train platform to leave out the "East' exit...we were tired and did not pay attention, but a very kind gentleman walking his dog helped us find the hotel and then it was smooth sailing. If you go left out of the front door of the hotel and follow the path to the next big intersection, there is a huge grocery store as well as a Lawson's convenience store across the street....very interesting! The fish market is still there, so plan to visit when you wake up the first morning at 3am! We stayed 5 nights.

"Quiet location & good price, but..."
The APA Hotel Tokyo Kiba is a pretty standard Japanese business hotel with small, but comfortable rooms. I usually stay a few subway stops away near Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line, but decided to try this hotel because of the price and location. Kiba Station (on the same Tozai Line) is an easy five minute walk from the hotel, giving you easy access to many places of interest in Tokyo - especially the eastern part of the city. The station area has a fair amount of restaurants, but no decent places to grab a cup of coffee in the morning. Fortunately there are a few convenience stores, but both were Sunkus, with no sight of the more popular chains like 7-11, Lawson or FamilyMart. I opted to include breakfast with my room, but it wasn't really worth the price. I ate it every morning, but only because I'd paid for it. And the first morning, I had to endure the 'crazy rantings' of another guest, who was constantly talking to himself and/or the hotel staff during breakfast. I nearly lost it and shouted at him to be quiet! Thankfully I didn't see him at breakfast again, but did hear him shouting obscenities on his phone while he was in his room (we were on the same floor...). I don't think hotel staff in Japan handle these situations well as they seem to defer to the person who is often the source of the problem. Confrontation is avoided at all costs here, which means the person who makes the most noise usually gets their way... Oh well, it could've been worse...

Koto is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Koto, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Koto hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
