So my first perception was sketchy because the location did not have a sign with a name. They are currently in a state of transition. I usually don't stay in inns and was a little uncomfortable at first but the staff were great, room was clean and room looked just like the picture advertised. The walls are a bit thin and some of the other people staying there seemed odd but I was delightfully surprised. I enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to KOP mall. Great location.

The hotel was under construction when I got there, but the room was large and clean! My only complaint is that my bathroom didn't have a fan so there is a lot of steam after a shower. Otherwise, the beds were really comfortable, plenty of hot water, and clean facilities!

The people working at Hyatt Place were the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. When we checked in the gal working was covering the front desk, the bar, cooking and training a new employee. Even with all this going on she was welcoming and helpful. She obviously was working a late shift (we'd checked in later in the evening) but when we saw her early the next morning she was still smiling and friendly. The gal who came to clean our room was helpful and friendly. The woman, I assumed was a manager, was also very helpful and allowed me to print from the front desk computer when the office area printer wasn't working. I would stay here anytime I am back in the area and I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is a great location -- so near to the KoP mall, and easy to navigate around with it's proximity to major highways. The place is very clean. The rooms are beginning to show some age, just a little. Not a problem, but just starting to notice some wear. My main complaint however, is the lack of a free breakfast. And not just breakfast, even coffee service. I've stayed at hotels where coffee is offered all day long. They do have a restaurant, so I guess the breakfast thing is understandable, but how about some coffee?

Great free breakfast with made to order omelettes at this mall hotel. Free parking and clean rooms. The drawback is that your view is of a freeway but there is little traffic noise. No major complaints. Easy drive to valley forge. Ten to fifteen minute drive to Z Haverford and Bryn Mawr.

On Lancaster Ave ( Route 30). Very close to 476 and Villanova. We have tried booking a room here before but it was always booked. Room was clean though very warm upon entering. Still warm after turning off the heat so we cracked a window. Room was still dark even with all the lamps on. Desk does not have a convenient outlet for charging phones, iPad, etc. Needed to use outlet near window sill. Bathroom with shower and toilet was very small. Sink was outside in small hallway. Counter space was limited.
Front desk staff was very nice. Did not eat at hotel but did stop in for a drink at the bar upon returning from a night out.
The plusses outweigh the minuses and we would definitely stay here again.
