The cleanliness was great for the most part, but between our first and second nights, Trask was left in counters and towels not refilled. Staff very friendly. Location was great. Other guests extremely loud at night though, yelling in halls and slamming doors.

Overall, it was an o.k. experience. The staff was the best part of the motel, they were courteous and helpful. My big issue ( along with my sons ) was the smell. Upon first arriving we got our room key and proceeded to the stairwell as we were on the 2nd floor. There was a certain funk that I can't even describe in the stairwell that spread down throughout the hallways. When first opening the door to our room, the stink was in there as well. Unfortunately, I didn't even use the microwave to reheat food due to all the rust that was in it. Oh yes, there was also an empty beer can placed behind the toilet that my son found, lol.
All in all we were there to crash for two nights and the motel served its purpose. Would recommend, but telling folks to stay only if it's a short stay.

This was convenient place to stay near a medical appointment. It was quiet and got a very good night sleep which I needed (the bed was awesome!). Hotel was not super luxurious, but fine. Staff at check-in was gruff and reminded us of the security people at the airport.... we felt like we were in trouble or something. But he was efficient. Room was a nice size. Bathroom was fine. Not even an ice bucket in the room or plastic cups to use in the bathroom, but no problems. The mattress/bed was by far the most comfortable we have had at a hotel in years!! That counts for a lot because we were there to get a good night of rest.

I've stayed several times at this conference center hotel when attending meetings and conferences elsewhere in the Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia. It is located in a beautiful wooded residential area near Villanova University and Route 30 / Lancaster Avenue. My principal complaint is that when a conference is on, groups of loudly talking people walking up and down the halls can disturb the place's normal tranquility. This time, the room was too near the front desk and much of the evening the noise was audible of people talking in the main lobby and nearby halls.
