Carol at the front desk was exceptional. When we arrived at the airport from OR (to PA), we were very disoriented. I called the hotel for directions & Carol managed to get us there with the help of our GPS. She was very welcoming & had good suggestions for restaurants & places to see. We liked her so much, we wanted to take her back with us. Anise & Rose were also very helpful & we were impressed with how caring they were to a disabled guest & made her feel so welcome. The staff at King of Prussia are very special.
*This is a suggestion for an improvement: It's confusing how to get into the parking lot when coming from the freeway. We had to make a U-turn at Red Lobster to be able to get to the hotel. The directions are to turn into the neighborhood across from the hotel. This doesn't work & guests would do better if they know to take a U-turn past Red Lobster & look for Burger King.*
We also discovered what a turnpike is! Love the state, but the turnpikes are a nightmare!!!!

"Good if you like to go to a casino for an evening"
I was given an upgraded room but no view , suited my purposes. Shuttle service was very poor not timely and drivers and vans were not very desirable looking and a rough ride. Business center printer was out of service 2x . Everything else was adequate, one shower head hard to turn on.

Hotel was in a good location, staff was friendly, room was big and clean. Only one little problem they forgot to finish making the bed. It had no bottom sheet or pillow cases, so I had to get some from the front desk and make the bed myself.

"Great customer service from the hotel's restaurant"
We checked in super late and were famished from a long ride. It was Labor Day - Monday night - and nothing was open in the area for us to grab a bite. However, the Glenmorgan Bar and Grill attached to the hotel was still open and the bartender was so sweet and considerate (offering her condolences when I told her we were attending a funeral the next day). Best of all, the food we ordered was ready in under 10 minutes, and we were so grateful for the bartender's hospitality and the kitchen staff's expeditious food service.
