Our room clean was nice, clean, and comfortable! The breakfast array is pretty decent and they have a coffee machine set up throughout the day. I was delighted to see they had set up a waffle maker one morning for breakfast--I love waffle makers in hotels!! Unfortunately, they were out of batter and I didn't get my waffle, but the woman (seemed like they were shorthanded that morning because she was the only one I saw running around the kitchen area at the time we were there) was very nice and accommodating.

Room was no frills -- no carpet, no fridge, no armchair -- but clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and cooperative on the phone and in person, and gave me a room far from the elevators as I requested. But even so, it was incredibly noisy.

We arrived late evening very tired and had to carry our own luggage to the room and then look for dinner outside of the hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the light bulbs were faulty. It was too late at that time to contact anyone. We were unable to connect to an international line from within the room.
The rest of the stay was acceptable as we learnt where the restaurants were located, the transport to city line and the need to either come very early or very late for breakfast to get a seat.
I will return much more prepared
